Understanding Behaviours - Workshop

 

This is a group exercise to consider the experiences of people who frequently attend or contact emergency services. Beginning with a presentation, delegates will work in mixed groups to consider what drives people’s behaviour.

 

Refreshments will be available during the workshop.

Stories and Partnerships

 

A series of presentations on the real lived experiences of people and services who help to support people who frequently access services. These presentations will provide opportunities for participants to share their experiences and learn what’s going on across Wales.

Networks and Daisies - Facilitated Workshop

 

Working in geographical groups, participants will describe the personal networks of services and relationships that are involved in or could help to support frequent attenders. Groups will present their networks in a plenary discussion and provide opportunities to share ideas, good practice and useful connections.

A plenary discussion to consider how we manage and develop the network going forward including:

  • What are your expectations?

  • What do you want to work on in the meetings?

  • What support can the programme offer?
